What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order item is not in stock at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently in production or awaiting arrival.

Processing Time

• All pre-order items require 4–6 weeks for processing and fulfillment

• The 4–6 week timeframe begins on the date the order is placed

• This timeframe does not include shipping time

Processing times may vary due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, customs clearance, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping & Tracking

• Orders will ship only after the 4–6 week processing period is complete

• Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped

• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The 4–6 week processing timeframe is clearly disclosed prior to purchase

• You will not file a chargeback or payment dispute for “item not received” or “delay” until the full processing timeframe has passed

• Any disputes filed before the processing timeframe ends will be contested using this policy as supporting documentation
